02 Write Japanese Lyrics with Professional Guidance!
Our lessons allow you to compose Japanese lyrics for demo tracks prepared by Honey Music School or your own original songs. If you’re bringing your own composition, please prepare a demo track and melody score in advance to maximize the effectiveness of your sessions.
Lessons are conducted in both Japanese and English, customized to suit your language proficiency and learning preferences. A recommended Japanese proficiency of JLPT N4-N5 (basic grammar and vocabulary) ensures you get the most out of the experience.

05 Record and Review Your Lessons for Better Learning!
To help you retain what you’ve learned, we recommend video recording your lessons using Zoom’s built-in recording function, available for PC and Mac. This allows you to revisit your sessions at any time and ensures that no key points are missed.
Please note, we request that all video recordings be made by the student. Using voice recorders or smartphones for recording is also acceptable.
※Strictly: Lesson recordings are for private use only and sharing them publicly or with third parties, other than the instructor and student, is expressly prohibited.

- For those who wish to take 5 lessons in a month, we offer a plan of 4 lessons + an additional 1 lesson.
- Payments are only accepted through PayPal. We will send you the PayPal URL on the 25th of each month for payment (Japan time).
- Make-up lessons must be used by the end of the month following the originally scheduled month (Japan time).
- You may adjust the number of lessons each month as needed.

Hi, I’m tomo. Nice to meet you! Born in Yokohama and raised in the US, I write English lyrics, compose and perform in my Acoustic Duo in the wider Tokyo Metro area, as well as sing, play and record flute and sax as supporting musician for other pop/rock/jazz artists.
I specialize in singing training in both English and Japanese languages.

Q&A
Can I take lessons even if I don’t speak Japanese?
Yes, you can. However, for certain courses such as Lyrics Course and language-related lessons, there are recommended levels of Japanese proficiency. Please check the specific page for the course you are interested in for more detailed information.
There is a time difference between our countries, what time can we take lessons?
Our business time is from 10am to 10pm. So please check Japanese time in your country.
I would like to know when I could take the trial lesson.
You can make a reservation after 2 days.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Please take a lesson until the end of the following month, otherwise you’ll lose it.
When is your holiday?
From December 30th to January 3rd in Japan time. It is new year’s holiday.
