Honey Music School offers a Japanese Vocal Mixing Course as a 100% One-to-One Online Lesson Service via the Zoom Application. Communication, instructions, and conversations are primarily in English, but the lessons aim to incorporate as much Japanese as possible.
You can simultaneously learn both Vocal Mixing and Japanese!

02 Improve your Sound Literacy!
The theme of this lesson is “Improving Sound Literacy.” Join us to deepen your understanding of sound!
First, let’s prepare the instrumental track and vocal track of the song you want to work on for the lesson! Please note that we only support DAW files from Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and FL Studio.

Additionally, we recommend taking the “Music Theory Course” to better understand the key of the song during vocal pitch editing (pitch correction).
03 Structured and Sustained Lessons!
Honey Music School’s Mixing Lessons are scheduled over 12 sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. Given the frequent homework assignments, we recommend enrolling with some flexibility in your schedule.
After completing the curriculum, you’ll have the option to apply your skills by mixing a song of your choice with guidance from the instructor.
During the free trial lesson, we conduct data verification, environment checks, and provide advice on purchasing equipment – feel free to sign up! Below is the curriculum:

04 Lessons Can be Video Recorded!!
You can video record your lessons! Use the Video Recording function in Zoom and save it (for PC/Mac only)
We ask that the video recordings are made on the Student side. Recordings using Voice Recorders or Video Recordings using Smartphones etc. are also possible.
※It is strictly prohibited to share the recording of lessons publicly to any third party outside of the Instructor and the Student.

- No enrollment fee.
- For those who wish to take 5 lessons in a month, we offer a plan of 4 lessons + an additional 1 lesson.
- Payments are only accepted through PayPal. We will send you the PayPal URL on the 25th of each month for payment (Japan time).
- Make-up lessons must be used by the end of the month following the originally scheduled month (Japan time).
- You may adjust the number of lessons each month as needed.

Can I take lessons even if I don’t speak Japanese?
Yes, you can. However, for certain courses such as Lyrics Course and language-related lessons, there are recommended levels of Japanese proficiency. Please check the specific page for the course you are interested in for more detailed information.
There is a time difference between our countries, what time can we take lessons?
Our business time is from 10am to 10pm. So please check Japanese time in your country.
I would like to know when I could take the trial lesson.
You can make a reservation after 2 days.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Please take a lesson until the end of the following month, otherwise you’ll lose it.
When is your holiday?
From December 30th to January 3rd in Japan time. It is new year’s holiday.
