Voice Actors introducing famous Japanese anime

From famous Japanese anime series that are gaining great popularity all over the world, everyone has their own favourite anime, right?

This time, as a voice actor I would like to introduce to everyone who loves Japanese anime, 5 anime series, along with the explanations and recommended points .

STEINS;GATE

The story begins when Rintarou Okabe, the main character, meets Kurisu Makise, a genius researcher, set in Akihabara, Japan. But the next time he witnessed her was when  she was killed by someone. The moment he pressed the send button to email his friends about it, something happened to the world.

In this different world Rintaro Okabe experiences that Kurisu Makise, who should have died, resumes and lives.

Why has the world changed, why the women who should have been dead, is alive?

STEINS; GATE is a story that solves this mystery using a time machine.

It’s a very interesting series for those who like mystery and science.

Since rules related to time machines are based on the actual science, there is no doubt that interesting developments will make viewers think about how to solve the unreasonable development of the story and will captivate the viewers.

DEATH NOTE

DEATH NOTE was a huge success so much that it caused a social phenomenon in Japan.

It’s popularity has spread all over the world, and it is a series that keeps an eye on the development of a confrontation between two geniuses.

Who can reveal and defeat the other party’s secret first?

The development of excitement drawn with a dark drawing touch is really interesting!

The opening and ending music of the anime is hard rock and it’s quite cool.

I often see many people from overseas making a cover and singing the opening of Death Note.

However, is a Death Note that appears in the series a universal item that everyone wants?

It’s a scary item though…

Code Geass

It’s a story of Lelouch, the prince who abandoned his own country, rebelling against an unreasonable world.

Lelouch uses a special power “GEASS” that allows him to control other people by giving them orders, but it works only once. To fulfil his purpose, he betrays his best friends and deceives his companions.

But when he confronts his father, his greatest enemy, he discovers the real reason he was abandoned and the mystery of the power of Geass.

It is a particularly recommended anime not only  because of paranormal power, but also because it has robots and a crazy dynamic story.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

What is the current image of Japanese otaku anime? If asked, it would be Haruhi Suzumiya’s melancholy.

It is also an anime which has released many character songs made by voice actors, which was rare when it came out.

The story is about schoolgirl Haruhi Suzumiya in which the main character Kyon gets involved in the happenings that take place in the typical school.

The main  feature of this anime is that there are many parodies of other anime by voice actors, and enthusiastic anime fans often laugh unintentionally saying “Oh, I know that anime!”.

By the way, Tomokazu Sugita and Daisuke Ono, who are very popular voice actors among women, are appearing as the main characters.

One Piece

If we are talking about the royalty of Japanese anime it would be One Piece.

The story is about  Luffy, the main character, who is meeting various people – friends and enemies in his travels and wishing to become a Pirate King.

Actually, there are only a few anime and manga series in Japan that have the image of pirates, and among them, also as it was “Jump” series, it had a great impact.

The world and story are easy for anyone to understand, and the author, Eiichiro Oda, has left a dynamic comment suitable for the manga about the pirates.
